1. Can I order a sample piece to test the quality before placing a bulk order?

2. What services do you provide?
We offer comprehensive R&D services, including engineering design, tooling, custom injection molding, 3D printing, and packaging, among others.
3. What should I consider before ordering?
Please provide the frequency (433.92MHz is the most common), code (fixed code EV1527, rolling code HCS301, or duplicator), and let us know the quantity; our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100pcs.
4. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we have our own factory with a production line, SMT&Plug-in, and an automatic screwdriver machine.
5. Can I visit your factory?

6. What is your delivery time?
For samples, it's typically 5~8 working days, while for bulk orders, it's 5~20 working days, depending on the quantity.
7. Do you accept OEM orders?
Yes, we accept both OEM and ODM orders.
8. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (Wire transfer), Western Union, PayPal, and Credit cards. For T/T, a 30% prepayment is required before mass production, and the remaining 70% balance payment is to be settled before shipping.
9. How quickly can you respond to our inquiry? We will get back to you within 12 hours of receiving your inquiry.
