Note: We generally do not recommend copying a rolling code chip due to uncertainties and encryption concerns. Therefore, we do not recommend copying rolling code remote controls.
Usage steps:
1. Clear code: Hold down the unlock key and the lock key at the same time with two fingers. The LED light will rapidly flash three times in about 2 seconds. Release one finger (do not let go with the other hand), then quickly click the release button three times with the loose finger until the LED light flashes quickly. Release both fingers. Press any key on the remote control. When the LED light turns off, it indicates successful code clearing (all four keys are empty). If the LED light remains on after pressing any button on the remote control, it means the original code has not been successfully cleared. You need to re-clear it for successful cloning. You can repeat the clearing and cloning process.
2. Copy: Hold the original remote control in your left hand and our cloned remote control in your right hand. Keep the two remote controls as close as possible. Press the first keys of both remote controls at the same time. In about 2 seconds, the LED light will flash quickly twice. After one second, the indicator light will keep flashing, then release your fingers. Press the key after successful copying, and the light will stay on, indicating that the code for the first key on the original remote control has been copied to the other remote control. You can use the same method for the second key, the third key, and so on. If the copy is successful, the remote control function will be the same as the original matching remote control.
3. Restore: If you accidentally clear the copied remote control code, you can simultaneously press the bottom two keys of the remote control, and the LED lights will flash quickly. After pressing any key, release it, and the light will stay on, indicating that the code for the remote control is restored. Before using our copy remote control, please make sure to remove the existing code from the remote control.
4. How to handle a situation where some keys can control while others cannot? You can use the clear and restore operation as follows:
(1) First clear the code.
(2) After clearing the code, copy the unsuccessful key again, and there is no need to copy the rest of the buttons.
(3) Then clear the code again.
(4) Restore the code. At this point, the original keys that were not successfully copied are now replaced by new codes, and the original keys that were successfully copied are now retained. If there is still no copy after the second copy of the keys, repeat the above steps until all keys are successfully copied.
Precautions:
1. Select the appropriate remote control: the original remote control should function properly, and the remote control chip should be the same or compatible, with the same operating frequency.
2. The remote control can only copy fixed code, learn the code chip and part of the single-chip remote control (copyable chip models are listed).
3. Two-way remote control, rolling code remote control, and single-chip encryption program remote control cannot be copied. Examples include HCS200, HCS201, HCS300, HCS301, etc.
4. Before copying the remote control, make sure that the existing code on the remote control has been cleared successfully. Otherwise, it cannot be copied.
5. Please ensure that your remote control has enough power and keep the distance between the two remote controls short. If the copy distance is too close, try copying from different angles. Ensure that the signal is sent completely normal by pressing and holding the button on the original remote control before pressing the button on the remote control for copying, to ensure a successful function copy.
